Absolutely. Our team specializes in apartment and condo moves, managing stairs, elevators, and tight spaces efficiently while protecting your walls, floors, and furniture.
Yes. We provide professional packing and unpacking options with high-quality materials. You can choose full packing, partial packing, or fragile-item packing based on your needs.
Yes. Goal Line Moving is fully licensed and insured to operate in Mounds View and across Minnesota. You can move with confidence knowing your belongings are protected.
We do. Our secure storage facilities are ideal for short-term or long-term use, whether you’re downsizing, remodeling, or waiting to move into your new space.
Booking two to three weeks in advance is ideal, but we often handle last-minute or same-week moves depending on crew availability.
We cannot take liquid products unless they are in a plastic container. We also recommend that you filter out all gas from lawn mowers and any other equipment. We also can’t take live ammunition, cash, jewelery etc.
If something unexpected comes up and you need to change dates or cancel, please let us know as soon as you can! Rescheduling or cancelling your move within 48 hours of your reserved date will result in a 2 hour-minimum charge.
We recommend emptying all drawers. Items can shift during the move and may cause damage to the furniture or your belongings. Additionally, depending on the construction of the furniture, any added weight can strain the drawer rails or structure during handling.
• Have everything packed and labeled (unless we’re doing the packing)
• Box up small items and clear surfaces
• The more prepared your items are to grab and move, the more efficient the process. The most optimal move involves only furniture and uniform, closed-top boxes. Miscellaneous and unboxed items can slow things down.
We do not remove TVs from wall mounts or reinstall them. We can move them, but they must be properly boxed. We offer TV boxing at an additional cost if needed.
We are unable to disconnect appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.). These need to be fully unhooked and ready to move. For front-load washers, we recommend installing transit bolts to prevent damage during transport.
We can move fitness equipment but do not offer disassembly or reassembly. However, we can connect you with a trusted company for that service if needed.
We strongly recommend emptying and defrosting refrigerators and freezers before moving. Items inside can shift and damage the appliance. After moving, it’s best to let the appliance sit for a few hours before plugging it back in.
Yes. All framed artwork, mirrors, and fragile wall décor must be properly boxed. We can supply specialty boxes or handle packing upon request at an additional cost.
Yes, but please note plants are sensitive to temperature and movement. For long-distance moves, we recommend you transport them personally. Small plants are best moved in your own vehicle.
Misplaced items are common during a move. We recommend unpacking fully before assuming anything is missing. Our crews check the truck thoroughly after every job—nothing gets left behind. Most often, items are just packed in an unexpected spot and it can take time to find them.
Payment is due at the completion of your move. We accept credit card, check, or cash. For larger or long-distance moves, deposits or milestone payments may apply.
Goal Line Moving has built a strong reputation for being reliable, professional, and efficient. With thousands of successful moves, we pride ourselves on delivering a stress-free experience from start to finish. Our team arrives on time, treats your items with care, and gets the job done right.
We use a moving app that allows you to walk us through your space via video—no download required. You can do it anytime that works for you, and it helps us provide an accurate quote and crew size.
Absolutely! We offer labor-only or partial moves for large furniture, appliances, or specific rooms. Just let us know what you need and we’ll create a custom quote.
Yes, our movers will place your items in the rooms or spots you request. Just point us in the right direction and we’ll handle the rest.
